Ahhh...OK this wasn’t clear to me...at first I thought the static stuff in 
docs/site was the generated site, not realizing that’s where the actual static 
content was. I got it. I actually much prefer to keep the generated content in 
oodt/site and then just SVN up on people.a.o. Let’s do that. Hold on, revert 
coming...

Someone on minotaur: svn export .../site → /www/incubator.apache.org/oodt

At least, that's how it seems the other incubator projects do it. I think.

We could also just generate it into a temp dir, tar it up, and scp it over to 
minotaur, and extract it in /www/incubator.apache.org.
