+1. I asked noirin about it and she said the same thing, to try it and see.

I'll send an email to gene...@incubator (CC oodt-...@incubator) and ask if 
someone can do it. If Dave's doing the 0.1-incubating release too, then we'll 
probably want to add him as well.

I think we can add kelly to the Incubator group (as well as anyone
else who needs the group permissions).  I don't have the syntax handy,
but it should be on the infra pages or you can ask on
gene...@incubator.  -- justin
