+1 here for graduation

Being an OG of this project, I am very happy to see how it has evolved over the 
years and especially happy to see the enthusiasm of the members to move the 
project forward. In addition, I would like to add a vote of confidence for 
Chris Mattmann as our VP. He has done an excellent job leading the evolution of 
OODT here at JPL for the last few years and expect he will do the same for the 
project under the Apache umbrella.
