Adam,
I will fix first issue by adding a config option to behave as a gateway or
endpoint. Should be available in 2-3 days in CVS.
The caller-id part should work though. I am assuming you are doing something
like:
SIP Client -leg1--> Asterisk+ooh323c -leg2--> H323 Client.
In this case leg2 should have callerid from leg1. I am not sure what is SRC
number. I guess, it is related to billing. I will look into it.

i have succesfully compiled H323 channel driver with asterisk CVS HEAD.
Everything compiled ok. The problem is in logging into the GnuGK.
It logins as "unknown" type:

Can i change type of device is logging into GnuGK?
Second problem is thats H323 channel don't pass callerid from sip client.
The
SRC number is empty - why?
