Hi Patrick,
Can you provide following files or changes for H.323 to SIP phone call 
direction:
/etc/asterisk/extension.conf
/etc/asterisk/h323.conf
/etc/asterisk/sip.conf
Any other conf file you have modified.

The H.323 simple commands you have used to call SIP phone.

I am trying to produce the exact test condition as you have faced.
