Hi all,
Does anyone know how to use a dynamic payload
type in ooh323.
I want to use H263+ for my code and i am not sure what
i must do to fix a particular payload number to H263+
for sending it over the network. Is there any
particular way that would help me fix this? Can anyone
tell me how dynamic payloads are used in rtp headers?
Please help me pout with this.
