I shouldn't test with a headset if I am not going to where the thing. Hold and Resume works just fine...
A patch is attach that makes it work. Since this was a hack job, it might have some cruft that is unrelated. I think I got the bulk of failed attempts cleaned out. Feedback appreciated...
