Hi Nick.
My steps was these:
1) Compile and install asterisk v1.2.3
2) Extract asterisk-addons
3) Replace the files is asterisk-addons/asterisk-ooh323c/ with the file in
asterisk-ooh323c-0.4.tar.gz
4) Replace the files in asterisk-addons/asterisk-ooh323c/ooh323c with
the file in ooh323c-0.8.1.tar.gz
5) ./configure - make - make install of asterisk-ooh323c
ooh323c-0.8.1.tar.gz is only the "ooh323c stack code" !
In asterisk-ooh323c-0.4.tar.gz there are the stack code in ooh323c and
an "H323 channel driver code" in scr.

I noticed that in src folder from 0.2 to 0.4 version the only one file
changed
was chan_h323.c of about 1Kbyte... so i GUESS that the H323 channel
driver code of 0.4 should be good for using with 0.8.1 version too (i'm not
sure but compiling works).
Now the *problem* is that ooh323c works great with opengk but not with
my gatekeeper (seems to be a cisco gatekeeper).
I'll do some more tryes now before lunch.
