Hi guys anyone help me out on this?

I have OOH from asterisk-addons-1.2.2 and asterisk-1.2.6 working(ish) with Cisco Call Manager 3.3. I can call internal phones on Call Manager, and they can call me. But I can't call a PSTN line. I suspect codecs but I can't sort it.

A call that works sets up the H.245 bit and then proceeds on from there. A call to an external line rings the line and sends a number of messages back including an H.225 connect message. Unlike the internal call, this message contains a Bearer Capability of 80,90,A3 which from Cisco's world seems to be aLaw. The documentation doesn't mention aLaw only uLaw but when I add this to ooh323.conf then I get debug messages thet this is included.

So far so good, but the next step is to open the H.245 channel, and this fails with errno=111 (permission denied). It's sending to the IP address and port specified in the previous connect message so I am baffled.
