Hi Tomislav, I can't upgrade my autotools, as I hadn't seen any problem, except this one. And my autotools version upgrade can create problem with all the other users, who are using older version.
If you can post this problem to libtoolize/autotools news group, as newer version is not able to handle this case. They should have a solution to this case.
