It fix: 1. Fake "ring-back" tone using Progress Indicator message. Currently it is always included. Next step is to get it controlled by user using ooh323.conf 2. Announcemnt mesages before CONNECT like "No connection with this number", etc. This is done by opening logical channels after receiveing PI=8 in the ALERTING message and before the call is even connected, so the other side can send any announcemnts.
