Dear List, I am trying to connect my asterisk server via ooh323 to our company's gatekeeper. The gatekeeper in use is an Antek VSP-2500
Ref: http://www.antek.com.tw/download/vsp-2500.pdf When i setup the ooh323 config to use the antek as GK i will see the following error in my log file: 15:15:59:705 Gatekeeper Confirmed (GCF) message received. 15:15:59:705 ERROR:No Gatekeeper ID present in received GKConfirmed message 15:15:59:705 Ignoring message and will retransmit GRQ after timeout 15:15:59:705 Error: Failed to handle received RAS message 15:16:14:408 Gatekeeper client GRQ timer expired. 15:16:14:408 Ras message encoding - successful I have checked the configuration from another device and the following 3 settings needs to be entered: 1: GK IP address 2. H323ID 3 Gatekeeper ID Because the error msg is saying something regarding Gatekeeper ID and I cannot find the option to add it to my ooh323 config file I guess this must be the issue.
