If you are using asterisk-ooh323c driver, than

Set the endpoint as peer or friend and the synchronize with latest 
changes from svn repository. It will be able to use different context 
for the incoming call from IP address, in addition to caller ID.

Refer the asterisk's AGI script usage for external script usage.

For ooh323c stack, OOH323CallData (i.e. call) will maintain all the 
information about active call.

If this doesn't answer your question, than please provide more 
information about where you are trying to find the IP address.
