Terry, that's beautiful.
One small comment: we want to be careful about an HTML cache. If
possible, we should check with Collabnet (host before Kenai) and see how
they did it — and not do it that way. Their caching was blamed for a
number of bad downloads, including at least one security breach. It
happened to me (I was logged in as another user), and I filed a bug
report[1] on it. It was brushed off.
