I think it works fine, perhaps Ray got confused with the infra JIRA, which, of course, manages the infrastructure for all projects.
Not that it matters too much, but ... Do we have a bugzilla template expert? It would be good if we could make it look like the previous one. Perhaps we can even get the original template somehow. Pedro.
