As far as I know, any change to the pootle service on OO.o is not something the 
Apache ooo project had anything to do with.

Unfortunately, Eric Bachard and anyone else we can find does not have 
administrative access to the fr.ooo mailing lists.

DETAILS

Oracle is transferring license to a large part of the source code via a grant 
to Apache.  At this time, Apache does not have direct control of the 
OpenOffice.org site or any of its services.  

There are administrators who belong to both projects that are assisting with 
preservation/migration of material.  We have transferred the bugzilla records 
to Apache, for example.
