Did I not answer that point in an earlier email to this list today?

The volunteer role likely has no role in a forum that is actually part
of a larger organization, with respect to the parent organization.

The group existed primarily, entirely might even fit, to hold the reigns
of final authority - that need disappears if the forum is part of a
larger organization,

If you go back thru the list you will find I've said this multiple times
in multiple ways.
