Did I not answer that point in an earlier email to this list today? The volunteer role likely has no role in a forum that is actually part of a larger organization, with respect to the parent organization. The group existed primarily, entirely might even fit, to hold the reigns of final authority - that need disappears if the forum is part of a larger organization, If you go back thru the list you will find I've said this multiple times in multiple ways. //drew
