In the past, configure was only rebuild if needed by samone (releng?) in
Hamburg. Now Mathias Bauer recommends to build configure.sh everytime
and make automake to the default step by the buildprocess. I think this
Step should be don ASAP.
I think that's not a load of changes, but I have a question: "How to run
automake, and where it is located" can sameone help me.
You probably mean "autoconf", right?
If you are on windows install the autoconf package from cygwin. If you
are on Linux install it from your package repository.
