Is is called "Reminder". To set the Reminder click on the paperclip in the Navigator. To jump to an Reminder, set the kind to Reminder (again a paperclip icon) in the navigator window, the blue ball beneath the right scrollbar, and use the previous/next buttons next to that blue ball icon.
