I vote for (b) Apache OpenOffice. Binding (PPMC member). BTW, it was not specified how the winner of this vote would be determined. IMO, we should be using ranked-choice IRV voting. Since the ballot did not request that the options be ranked, if none of the options is the top choice of more than 50% of the PPMC members, then the option receiving the least votes should be eliminated and we should then vote on the remaining three options.
