replace and removal of Berkeley DB

Hi,

Herbert and I finished the replacement and removal of the Berkeley DB.
You will find four patches at the corresponding issue - https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=118662 


I have tested these patches which touches the help system and the extension 
management on Windows.
Before committing these patches I am asking for testing them on other platforms, 
at least on Linux and Mac OS X
