now that I'm able to build also installation archives for OS/2, I
noticed that NLS files in extra project are not built:

nothing to zip for activated languages!

I tried looking at macros, but I don't see something broken.
it seems related to LANGDIR management, maybe some expansion is not
working as supposed.
Could you help?
