It's at https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119208 as I posted; but since I open issues as CONFIRMED, I typically ask for a quick confirmation before opening them if they are P2. This might be part of the old workflow, anyway, which would involve the "needsconfirm" assignees and so on.
