Please remember, as discussed in another thread and in issue

to clean the build environment properly before building, namely remove
dict-it.oxt if you have it somewhere under ext_sources/ ; otherwise you
will bundle a random old Italian dictionary (depending on when you first
built OpenOffice on that machine) instead of the current one specified
in the sources.
