TEXT-Cursor is very small in oo 3.3.0 (writer) / what's a "CWS vcl108" ???

Hello development Team, I apreciate your work on OO very much. Thank you for that. I have a question: In OO 3.3.0 writer the TEXT-cursor is very small. Look at this comparing picture the "thickness" is so tiny that the cursor plays hiding with me. This page https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=104264 claims the problem is fixed. Now in my version of OO (german) this problem ISN'T fixed. It tells something about a "CWS vcl108". I have no idea what a "CWS vcl108" is. For normal users it is not helpful to use developer insider acronyms. I would like to know how I can fix this problem. best regards  Stefan
