[WWW] Bad URL redirect from AOO StartCenter

Hello folks,

>From AOO StartCenter, we have a "Get more information" button.
With french localization, the click jump to 
http://www.openoffice.org/?lang=fr
But the redirection don't work.
I think all NL versions are impacted.
Could you make a rule to fix it?
