Issue 119292: Forms do not open in saved view

Hi all,

please have a look at https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119292.
Do you think it is a show stopper for releasing AOo3.4? I do not think 
so, but the submitter is adamant about it.
