Very nice that Finnish localization will be published.
In old days German was quite important place for the development and there will
come August just after July 31. Nothing happens then? So if there happens to
exist little delay it will be at least a delay of one month? Can this schedule
start a week earlier?
In Finland Agust is quite normal working month and schools start in August. So
here it has some importance that the suite is usable already in August.

no UI relevant features, the idea is to include further languages only +
bugfixes and potential security fixes

as Oliver mentioned the community will decide, having the translation
ready end of June will allow enough time to test the new supported
languages

I expect the active and main work on the dev snapshots already. We don't
have the formal RC's as we had in the past.
But we are flexible and it depends on the people who are doing the work.
Again it's no feature release!
