I think, that the release note is wrong for this functions. According to
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=90269 the implementation
was in cws calcishmakkica. But I do not see, that this cws had been
integrated.
Eike Rathke has mentored Marina (makkica), so he should now the state of
the work. Perhaps ask him?
