It isn't as far as the Oracle hosted archive.services.openoffice.org is
concerned :-D
...which, in case someone got lost, means:
http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/localized/fr/
(and in general, that site) is the current archive, and it includes
3.3.0 builds too.
