Thank you for your help. It works.

I should google it first. My build environment worked before. Thought
it was caused by recent code change.

The dependency on LWP::UserAgent got in with Andre's 
downnload_missing_extensions.pl (2012/03/16) and 
download_external_dependencies.pl (2012/06/04) scripts.
