can do to fix it is just provide only one extension, in this case
dict-en.oxt.
+1 for just one dictionary.
IMO, the whole idea for an extension system is to provide a *baseline*
and let the users install what they need. When several dictionaries
are available for a single language, to provide the "most common" is
the best move.
