You can also add a button to a toolbar that opens the Fields → Other dialogue: edit a toolbar on Tools → Customize → Toolbars, click on Add → under Category select "Insert" and under Command select "Other". You can also assign a keyboard shortcut to this menu on Tools → Customize → Keyboard tab (by default, Ctrl+F2 is assigned to this function but this do not work on Linux: that's the usual system shortcut to go to your second desktop...)
