Hi All,
    I have a patch for issue 119728, and could you help review?

Root cause:
AOO has more anchor properties than Excel's text alignment properties in
shapes, so AOO discard some of anchor properties when export to xls files.

Resolution:
Map anchor properties to alignment properties to let it appears similarly
and enhance MSO user experience.
