I have investigated the problem and I have found a solution.
I will do some further tests on Windows regarding printing having the patch
applied.
I am asking here for volunteers to perform tests on other platforms.
Are you really referring this issue (browser plug-in) or to the other open
showstopper (canceling a print, i120389)?
