These pages are the same. <proj>.openoffice.org urls are redirected to 
www.openoffice.org/<proj>/

The page is in the Apache CMS and anyone can edit it - there is ASF support for 
this.

Anyone is welcome to develop a better Support page. Here is the history of the 
changes made at the ASF - note that since this went live the two people who 
made changes were Rob Weir and Jean Webber.
