There used to be. The lack now, if there is one, suggests the marketing alternative: to announce this so that people can use it. It used to be, too, that areas poorly served with good bandwidth preferred P2P. Less so now. But not only what JZA said, but also that P2P encourages mesh culture. Meshing implicitly leads to participatory culture. Louis
