Sure, but we will need a while before we get there. There's a number of other infrastructural updates that need to be done before that and are being handled by Infra.
For example: http://openoffice.apache.org/ is now existing and redirected to the old URL with "incubator", but it will need to be a fully functional site before we can link to it. This is tracked as
