Apache distinguishes between category A code, which we are free to use, and
category B code, for which there are some restrictions (see
http://www.apache.org/legal/3party.htm for details.) (there is also a category
X, but that code has been/will be removed)
Category B code must be activated by default. Only when explicitly enabled by
the developer can it be compiled and integrated into a binary install set of
OpenOffice.
This issue is about providing such an option to the configure (.in) script.
