sample doc with a ToC
This bug looks like 7734 (fixed in 2003). Apparently it reappeared in the
latest version of OOo.
The problem is the following: automatically generated Table of Contents (ToC)
does not maintain levels of ToC). When I open the document the number of levels
is always 1.
