step to reproduce:
1. Install open office Base ONLY. Do NOT install any additional components,
including Wrighter.
2. Create new database
3. Create table1, with fields Id, test
4. Save table1
5. try to create form
expected result - creating form
actual result - form menu non clickable, no explaining message.
comments:
To resolve problem you must install Wrighter.
So, bug is in installshield module. If you select to install ONLY OpenOffice
Base, you have to install also OpenOffice Wrighter
