build: r1291124  
platform: Ubuntu 10.04

cirlce-patterns.svg is about 400K

1. new a Writer then insert the picture cirlce-patterns.svg
2. scroll down/up, try to edit the document

It's very slow, almost freeze...

But If I insert the elephant.eps picture which is almost 700K, it's still
running smoothly.

Since oo3.3 or MS office doesn't support .svg format, I cannot compare them..
