Offers download of "OpenOffice", but the link actually downloads an installer
app that installs various sponsored offers, like "PartyPoker".
Two potential trademark isues:
1) Their website and the file name downloaded suggest that the user is
downloading "OpenOffice", but that is not what they are downloading, at least
not initially.
2) Domain name "openoffice.fm" suggests endorsement or affiliation with the
OpenOffice project.
Combined these are likely confusing to the consumer and falsely imply the
identity and source of their goods.
