When I installed and agreed to register, and again when I tried to register from "Tools" dropdown menu, I was directed to this link: https://registration2.services.openoffice.org/RegistrationWeb/register/urn:st:6e7fd02d-7379-4d50-8296-13ee2954ef79?product=OpenOffice.org&locale=en&cid=926117 Which is inactive. I also worry that this is decreasing OOo registrations.
