Hi,
When I downloaded the open office software the file would not open. I did this
a few times until I realized that somehow the file name may be too long and is
cutting off the .exe and the computer could not figure out what to do with the
file.
I did a quick edit and added .exe to the file I downloaded and the program has
installed without a problem. I am running w7.
