Once a file has been saved with a password, it is not possible to save it
without a password. Choosing "Save as..." and unchecking "Save with password"
does not work, whether you save it with a new name or overwrite the old file.
Something similar was fixed under Bug 96205, but that was only reported for
overwrites.
