There is a request for upgrading of the version of MediaWiki at
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4816>.
In addition, there are requests for addition of extensions spread around
ooo-dev. This new issue is to capture that in one place and have somewhere to
account for it. (Perhaps separate issues are more appropriate, but the
committers working on the upgrades can determine that.)
