The chart is a "Microsoft Graph" OLE. If I double click the chart and so open
it in "Microsoft Graph", the chart is correct there.
There seems to be something special with that chart. If I insert a "Microsoft
Graph" OLE newly, the new chart is shown correctly.
Please see also issue 105832, which is about missing import filter to convert
the chart.
