Create a .ods file, change the cell boder size to 9.00 pt and change the color
for it.
Save the ods file, and reopen the file check it, the cell boder display
correct.
Saved the .ods file to .xls file, reopen the .xls file in AOO, check the cell
boder, the boder size changed to 3.00 pt
