Sample file can repro this bug
Steps:
1. Open attached pptx in AOO.
2. Save it as ppt.
3. Close, reopen it.
4. Double-click on OLE to check.
Defect:
General error dialog pops up.
Notes:
It does not occur on Symphony301.
